Maximum of 30 participants.
Adults over 16 must check in with photo ID for Child Protection Policy compliance.
Saturday Pool Party
Wading Pool – Exclusive Access:
- 45 minutes (12:45 – 1:30 p.m.) of private access to our wading pool.
Lap Pool – Public Access:
- Included after the wading pool time.
Private Party Room Rental:
- One-hour rental for post-swim activities such as serving cake, opening gifts, or playing games.
Sunday Gym Party
Gymnasium – Private Reservation:
- 60 minutes (12:45 – 1:45 p.m.) of private gym time with access to YMCA equipment.
Private Party Room Rental:
- One-hour rental to celebrate, eat, and enjoy party activities.
Pricing
YMCA Members: $150 + HST
Non-Members: $175 + HST
Party Room Details
Location:
- First room on the right-hand side from the north parking lot entrance.
Features:
- Includes tables, chairs, comfy seating, and a fridge for food storage.
Guidelines:
- Materials used in YMCA programs remain in view but are not for party use.
- Please ensure the room is cleaned up and decorations removed after your event.
Important Information
Payment Policy:
- Refundable (minus a $20 deposit) if canceled 5+ days in advance.
- Non-refundable if canceled within 5 days of the event.
Supervision:
- While YMCA lifeguards are provided, party leaders are responsible for supervision and activities.
Pool Party Admission Standards:
- Children under 6: Must be accompanied in the water by a guardian (16+) with a 2:1 ratio.
- Ages 7–12: Can attempt a swim test. If not passed, supervision ratios apply, or a lifejacket is required for ages 10+.
- Children 13+: May swim unaccompanied, but supervision from the deck is required for those under 10.
