Safeguarding Children & Youth:

Step 1: Log in or create a new account on the YMCA Canada Learning Management System (LMS)

Please confirm with your supervisor if you are eligible for a YMCA Microsoft email address (@eo.ymca.ca).

Step 2: Complete training and submit certificate(s) to your Supervisor. 

  • Browse catalogue for National Child Safeguarding Standards.
  • Complete Level 1 and/or Level 2 as required.

Please note: 'Refresher' course is for annual refresher training only.

Step 3: Review, complete & submit to supervisor prior to the first day of work.
