We offer programs that help Canadians become more physically fit, better connected to their communities, and equipped with the skills needed to achieve success in work and life. Everyone has their favourite way of staying fit, so we ensure you have plenty of choice. Our Brockville and Kingston Ys feature a fitness centre, gym, and pool, as well as functional fitness areas, there’s plenty of equipment, classes, and activities to keep your workout as routine or varied as you like!
There are no join or cancellation fees and no locked-in contracts. Ever.
What we offer:
- A supportive community: Discover why so many call us their second home. Our staff and volunteers are here to guide and encourage you to reach your goals, every step of the way.
- Programming for all ages & stages: With programs and fitness classes for the very young to the young-at-heart, the YMCA is where different generations can get healthier together.
- Many ways to be active: Everyone has their favourite way of staying fit, so we make sure you have plenty of choice from the fitness centre to the gym and pool, there’s plenty of equipment, classes, and activities to keep your workout as routine or varied as you like!
- Financial support: As part of our charitable purpose, financial assistance for memberships is available. Ask at membership services for details.

In addition to the above,
- Youth memberships are all-inclusive.
- Not only is the general facility access included with youth membership, but so are swimming lessons, youth recreation and sports programs.
- Outdoor pickleball and basketball courts are available at Brockville Y.
- Access adult-learn-to-swim, advanced aquatics, stroke improvement programs, swim laps or relax in our leisure pools.
- Share the experience… use your UNLIMITED guest passes to bring a guest to our YMCA. (Some conditions apply).
- Access to City of Kingston facilities (Artillery Park, Kingston East Community Centre and Invista Centre).
- Your YMCA membership entitles you to access YMCAs across North America and around the world. (Conditions apply; contact the appropriate YMCA for their Guest Access Policy.)
